John and I are so excited to be sharing 10 of our favourite tracks If you know much about how we came together, you will know that our love and our music blossomed simultaneously. These 10 infectious tunes capture much of the first year of our Love Unedited. (Look out for the poetry book also.)
As with all our songs we believe these ones are also for a wider audience. Each song resonates with artists that we know. My Time to Win, classic Dolly Parton. I dream of someone like Erykah Baduh singing Feels Obscene or Joni Mitchel singing Harvest. I know some of them are made for the movies, Like every excursion, classic road song, or Tied to the tracks, made for the betrayal in a gangster movie.Of course Becca's song which was a reward for one of my patrons on patreon,will become the Poets cartoon. Still no matter where these songs land. We absolutely love them and love the journey we have been on to have the courage to share them with you. One of John's favourite solo works, Baby loves to dance, which will be on his upcoming album 'Groove In' and also a bonus arcapella version of a great gospel song Weary Child.
